Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your Backyard AVENGER, you may return it complete in an undamaged condition within 45 days from the date of purchase. You will need your proof of purchase, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with your reasons for disatisfaction (this will provide input to any potential product improvement).

You may request the RMA number via the Contact Us page on our website www.backyardavenger.com. You will recieve an RMA number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Once we have recieved the unit and determine that it is undamaged, you will be credited with the purchase price of the merchandise returned (less shipping) less a 10% restocking fee.
